Pairing Cafe A locally owned cafe & flower shop tucked into the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Pairing began with two friends who met in high school — one raised in the bakery business, the other among flowers. Years later, they wove those two worlds together to create Pairing: a space where the beauty of blooming flowers meets the rich flavors of our drinks and cookies. Today, Pairing is home to some of the finest specialty matcha in Greenpoint, house-made cookies and sandos bursting with Asian-inspired flavor, and coffee from SEY paired beautifully with Isshiki Matcha.
